Submit for review/approval detailed corrective action plan/schedule to EPD, including prevention of further discharges to Dundee Canel; implement schedule for correction action plan or implement supplemental environmental project proposal that would further protect and/or enhance water quality in Dundee Canel; Hercules would submit action plan/schedule including personnel training, physical changes at plant, equipment purchases, projected costs, etc.; SEP shall be considered as partial payment of settlement amount; update EPD on plans and timeframe for decommissioning of plant's current wastewater treatment facility |
