Upon receipt of permit from U.S. Corps of Engineers, DOT and Mr. Matthews shall implement proper Lake Lanier/Ford White Road Cove remediation plan/schedule to address sedimentation issues; plan shall include disposal receipts from Crystal Creek Inert Landfill showing 650 cubic yards of discharged sediment was removed/properly disposed, and permanent stabilization inside and outside of disturbed buffers; submit appropriate amended Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Plan, implementing/maintaining additional E&S controls; submit certified inspection letter of proper installation; conduct proper sampling; C.W. Matthews Contracting shall host an in-house Permit compliance training class for worksite erosion control inspectors |
