Requirements of Order Submit detailed results of MIBK excess emissions calculations for period of January 28, 2010 through this executed order date; conduct appropriate emission testing for all CEA process vents, showing facility compliance with miscellaneous organic chemical manufacturing(MON); submit complete Permit application detailing all required changes/modifications that will demonstrate MON compliance; submit notification of compliance status report that meets Permit requirements; stipulated penalties for excess MIBK emissions until MON is achieved; comply with monitoring, recordkeeping & reporting, as required; submit progress reports every 60 days, regarding SEP(to reduce MIBK usage & emissions at facility)
