Continue to comply with increased monitoring frequencies required by Permit including acute and chronic whole effluent toxicity sampling; submit to EPD, appropriate Corrective Action Plan/schedule including measures to prevent future toxicity and fecal coliform in its effluent, and any amendments for Operation and Maintenance Plan, improvements or upgrades, to ensure consistant compliance with Permit limits/conditions; provide EPD with professional engineer's stamp of certification within 30 days of corrective action completion; stipulated penalties |
