Failure to conduct and document weekly inspections of central accumulation areas; failure to make a waste determination; failure to maintain and operate the facility to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents; accumulation of hazardous wastes in excess of 90 days; failure to ensure that containers are in good condition and are not leaking and for failure to immediately transfer hazardous waste from a leaking container; failure to close a container within a central accumulation area; failure to label a container with the words "hazardous waste" and with the accumulation start date |
