Requirements of Order	Submit accurate copies of June 2023 and January 2024 through August 2024 MORs; submit the name of the individual who will be responsible for submitting the MORs; provide public notification to the customers served by the Facility for failure to properly monitor the Facility for nitrates during the 2023 compliance period; complete the required Nitrate sampling for the 2024 compliance period; prepare and submit the CCRs for the 2022 and 2023 calendar years; submit CCR certification forms for the 2022 and 2023 CCRs
