Requirements of Order	Submit an updated schedule for repairs for key equipment; submit an updated operations and maintenance standard operating procedure; submit an evaluation of the causes and responses to address elevated nutrients; submit an evaluation of the causes and responses to address TRC exceedances; submit a SOP for EPD approval for reacting to plant upsets or issued once identified; submit the Organic Loading Pilot Study Report and the Influent Monitoring Plan based on the pilot study report; complete a solids inventory of all treatment equipment and processes; submit quarterly progress reports on the status of implementations
