Cause of Order	Drums of various chemicals were improperly stored resulting in a failure to maintain and operate the size to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents; abandoned and/or discarded solid waste and wastes, constituents, and substances that are regulated as hazardous on site; failed to notify the Director within 30 days of a release
Requirements of Order	Respondent shall submit a Removal Action Plan for the drums and waste materials located at the Site and immediately implement in accordance with the schedule therein
