Immediately cease all dumping/burying of solid waste, within 15 days submit corrective action plan (CAP) in accordance with local state/federal rules/regulations, upon approval of CAP, in accordance with the Manual for Erosion & Sediment Control in Georgia, implement/maintain effective erosion & sedimentation control measures at all times to prevent discharge of any/all sediments from facilty into waters of the state, seek final inspection within 10 days of implementation CAP completion, make application to land protection for surface mining permit or obtain written notification from EPD. |
