Requirements of Order	w/in 90 days close the Site by removing land clearing debris that is buried on Site; secure a Land Disturbance Activity permit for the Site from Butts County; w/in 30 days perform required inspections, collect water quality samples, conduct reporting requirements' w/in 30 days properly design, install, repair and maintain BMPS; w/in 180 days submit disposal reciepts to the Division documenting land clearing debris buried at the Site has been removed
