Pay DNR $500 per ton for PM excess emissions beginning 01/01/207 until such time a PM re-test is completed that demonstrates compliance; stipulated penalty paid w/in 30 days of completion of performance test and a detailed calculation of allowable and actual PM emissions included; w/in 90 days conduct a re-test for total PM; w/in 90 days conduct a re-test for volatile organic compounds (VOC); monitors or test equipment that are not used in normal day to day operations shall not be used to adjust/fine tune burners prior to performance testing; provide Division w/ notice of dates of performance tests; starting Sept. 1, 2017 pay Division $2,500 penalty for any delay in obtaining and submitting test results; continue to submit payment of penalties; consent order EPD-AQC-6747 is terminated upon execution of this order |
