w/in 30 days conduct performance tests for carbon monoxide and particulate matter from the Hurst Boiler; should the performance tests not demonstrate compliance, repeat performance tests w/in 90 days of the previous performance test until such time that applicable emissions limits are met; w/in 60 days submit results to the Division; pay stipulated penalties until such time that the carbon monoxide and particulate matter performance tests demonstrate compliance w/ applicable limits; pay stipulated penalties for each carbon monoxide and particulate matter excess emissions; pay stipulated penalties beginning in Oct. 18, 2017 until in compliance; stipulated penalties in condition 5&6 should be paid w/in 30 days of end dates listed; stipulated penalties in condition 7 should be paid w/in 30 days of completion of performance tests |
