W/in 30 days submit to the Division a report certifying that all corrective actions associated w/ the LDAR program in Process Line PR01, including updates to the written LDAR program, field verification and the component tagging pumps, valves and connectors have been completed to use for LDAR documentation; submit an updated flow chart of the Facility; submit copies of records of instrument calibration drift assessments, calibration logs, and leak monitoring inspection reports |
