Cause of Order Failure to: document and maintain on-site weekly inspections of hazardous waste accumulation area for three years, mark satellite drum with words "Hazardous Waste" or other words that identify content, have the bung hole closed on drum, have accumulations start date marked, post emergency coordinators name and phone #, location of fire extinguishers, spill control material, and phone # of fire department, label container "Excluded Solvent-Contaminated Wipes" , mark each lamp or container or package; mark with earliest date that the universal waste lamps became a waste
Requirements of Order Submit to the Division: documentation that weekly inspections are being completed, photographs showing drums labeled and dated, photograph of the emergency info posted by telephone, documentation showing hazardous waste is not being stored for more than 180 days, photograph of the solvent contaminated rags container labeled, photograph of the fluorescent lamp container labeled and dated
