Demonstrate compliance with the Nitrate requirements for drinking water from all active entry points to the system by the fourth quarterly sample for Nitrates of 2018; implement the Corrective Action Plan submitted by the Town to the Division on October 25, 2017 for the installation of two drinking water wells in the Claiborne Aquifer to provide compliant drinking water to the Town; w/in 60 days of completion of well construction, new wells and connections will be operable and will provide compliant drinking water to consumers; continue quarterly sampling of Nitrates and shall continue to provide public notice for any additional violations until otherwise directed by the Division |
