Immediately cease of illegally disposing of solid waste by dumping and/or burning at the Site or any other location; w/in 30 days fully complete the remediation of all solid wastes dumped and/or burned on the Site; /in 45 days submit a final clean-up report confirming that all wastes have been properly disposed of in a permitted solid waste handling facility or recycled/reused.; w/in 30 days submit a written county policy or ordinance detailing how the Respondent will be handling all future storm debris overseen by Respondent |
