Failure to gain compliance with Order 5997, specifically these conditions involve the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant and moving the discharge location, completing an Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) study and repair work, and installing a baffle curtain |

Within 24 months of execution of this order complete: necessary construction for the new wastewater treatment facility and ensure that all wastewater is directed to the new facility and its new outfall by this same deadline, all necessary repair work identified by the I&I study; w/in 6 months install baffle curtain in the treatment pond per the Operation and Maintenance Manual; maintain compliance with the Permit Part-1, B that concerns the fecal coliform bacteria effluent limitations; w/in 60 days submit to the Division a DDR for the construction of the chlorine contact chamber; w/in 9 months ensure construction for the chlorine contact chamber is fully completed and in operation; notify Division when chlorine contact chamber is completed and put on-line |
