Continue implementation of the Corrective Action Plan received by the Division on August 30, 2017; shall have reduced the concentration of Disinfection Byproducts in the distribution system to below the LRAA Maximum Contaminant Levels no later than three consecutive calendar quarters after execution of this Order; if water system determines the corrective actions implemented will not be sufficient to achieve compliance, develop a strategy for achieving compliance and submit to the Division; continue quarterly sampling of Disinfection Byproducts and continue to public Public Notice and submit Public Notification verifications for as long as the violations occur and until the Division determines that the sample frequency can be reduced |
