Fully comply with the Water Quality Act, Water Quality Rules, and associated Permits on this Site and any future projects involving land disturbing activity; w/in 14 days of the execution date of the Order, install and maintain all BMPs per the ES&PCP including providing temporary/permanent vegetation on the Sit; w/in 7 days of the execution of the Order, provide a copy of the design professional's inspection letter confirming compliance with Condition No. 2 above; provide all daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports since August 1, 2017; conduct storm water turbidity monitoring at designated monitoring location(s) for a rain event that reaches or exceeds 0.5 inch. Turbidity monitoring is to be conducted by a certified individual during normal business hours, and as soon as possible after the discharge of storm water |
