| Requirements of Order | Immediately halt the on-site disposal of hazardous waste; w/in 30 days of execution date of this order, submit plans to ensure that hazardous waste at the facility is managed properly in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Rules, and upon approval from the Division, the Respondent shall implement the plans; w/in 90 days of execution date of this order, submit documentation to the Division that the Facility is operating in compliance with the plans described in Condition 3 and documentation that all hazardous waste is being managed properly |
