Requirements of Order	W/in 30 days submit to the Division a report, including manifests and/or bills of lading, documenting where the waste identified in the October 15, 2015 RCRA Inspection Report was disposed; submit to the Division a hazardous waste determination on any remaining wastes located at the Facility; submit to the Division a completed report of the soil sampling and other activities as described in the plan submitted to the Division on December 15, 2015 which also addressed the written comments provided by the Division to the Respondents on March 2, 2016
