Requirements of Order	Submit written notification to the Division outlining the decision between: A) operating the Facility under the current Permit or B) operate the Facility as a water customer of Augusta, Richmond County Water System and request to have Permit terminated; follow requirements for Option A or Option B; incur monthly penalty if fail to meet any applicable deadlines
