W/in 60 days of execution date of this order, develop and submit to the Division for review and approval a comprehensive Corrective Action Plan to assess both on-site and off-site impacts, determine and delineate possible soil and groundwater contamination, clean up contaminated media as needed, and address any and all concerns identified by the engineer during the assessment phase; address any deficiencies identified in the Plan upon review by the Division within the time frame specified by the Division; w/in 180 days of the execution date of this Order, the Respondent shall develop and submit to the Division for review and a approval, a written report of a comprehensive analysis of all facilities under the Respondent's control and operation in Georgia, to address future incidents and minimize impacts to the natural resources of the State of Georgia |
