Cause of Order	Open burning in violation of Air Quality Rule; violation of Open Dumping regulations noted in Solid Waste Rules
Requirements of Order	Upon execution of this Order, immediately cease illegally disposing of solid waste by dumping and/or burning at the Site or any other location; w/in 30 days Respondent shall fully complete the remediation of all solid wastes dumped and/or burned on the Site; should the Respondent fail to meet any of the requirements or deadlines contained in Conditions #1-2 above, the Respondent agrees to pay $500 per month per condition for 11 months following the execution of this Order
