| Requirements of Order |
Immediately upon execution date of this Order and until permit issuance, the Respondent shall ensure the following: the flow is measured continuously by flow recorder' that BOD and TSS are measured monthly by composite sampling, that Fecal Coliform bacteria is measured monthly by grab sampling, that pH and Total Residual Chlorine are measured by grab samples; within 30 days after NPDES permit issuance for the Facility, the Respondent shall register for a NetDMR account and within 60 days be in compliance with NetDMR electronic reporting requirements; within 60 days the Respondent shall connect the Facility to the nearest available municipal wastewater collection system, permanently stop all discharge from the Facility to waters of the state by removing the discharge pipe and abandoning the treatment plant, confirm in writing to the Division that such has been achieved, or comply with Consent Order Condition 5; w/in 60 days of the execution date of this Order, the Respondent shall submit to the Division for review and approval a Corrective Action Plan prepared and signed by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Georgia addressing the violations cited in this Order and the inspection observations listed in the NOV dates June 27, 20187 |
