The Respondent shall obtain all necessary permits for the United States Army Corps of Engineers prior to doing any construction activities, in addition the Respondent will obtain any other necessary federal or local permits prior to doing any construction activities; prior to any land disturbing activity, the Respondents shall provide a buffer restoration plan for review; fully comply with the Acts, Rules and Permits on any remaining phases of the project and on any future projects involving land disturbing activity |
