W/in 30 days of the execution date of this Order, submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) that addresses all necessary streambed and buffer restoration efforts and associated completion schedules; w/in 30 days of the execution date of this Order, cease all land disturbing activities within the 25 foot stream buffer, with the exception of the installation and maintenance of temporary and/or permanent erosion and sedimentation controls; upon completion of conditions 1 and 2, the structures will be allowed to remain in the 25 foot buffer; respondents shall fully comply with the Acts, Rules, and.or Permits on any remaining phases of this project and on any future projects involving land disturbing activity |
