The CAP dated August 20, 2018 and submitted to the Division by the Respondent is hereby incorporated into this Order; w/in 30 days of the execution date of this Order, submit to the Division a Standard Operating Procedure for operation of the lime addition system, to include any amendments to the Facility's O&M Plan; demonstrate the success of the CAP during the seasonal time period when the Facility typically experiences upsets spanning the months of November 2018 and April 2019; should further effluent violations be incurred during the compliance period of November 2018 through April 2019 the Respondent shall revise the CAP shall contain new time frames to implement corrective measures; should no further effluent violations be incurred during the compliance period of November 2018 through April 2019, the Respondent shall submit to the Division a final progress report outlining the Respondent's activities in implementing the CAP and achieving compliance |
