Facility could not provide records to demonstrate compliance with Rules for Solid Waste Management and had allowed vegetative waste to be accumulated in excess of 12 months |
| Requirements of Order |
Immediately cease accepting vegetative waste at the Facility; w/in 7 days of the effective date of this Order, submit a written correction action plan (CAP) to the West Central District office; upon appropriate removal/reuse of all of the vegetative waste at the Facility and completion of Condition 2, the Facility may resume operation |
