Cause of Order Failing to seek prior Division approval for undertaking substantial enlargements, extensions, additions, modifications, renovations or repairs at the Facility
Requirements of Order Within 30 days of the execution date of this Order, address: the 7 items listed in the 3, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Groves Place Water Line Extension, the 6 items listed in the July 6, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Pines RV Water Line Extension, the 5 items listed in the July 6, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Emmett Drive Water Line Extension, the 4 items listed in the July 6, 2018 Plan Review letter for the First Baptist Church Ministry Center Addition, the 5 items listed in the July 13, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Springhill Suites Infrastructure Improvement Water Line Extension, the 6 items listed in the July 13, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Residential Development Carpenter Road Water Line Extension, the 5 items listed in the July 13, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Oaks at Carpenter Water Line Extension, the 4 items listed in the July 16, 2018 Plan Review letter for the 3rd Street Water Main Extension, the 4 items listed in the July 20, 2018 Plan Review letter for the Residences at West Haven Water Line Extension, and submit all required documentation to the Division to obtain Plan Concurrence letters for the projects; w/in 60 days of execution date of this Order, update the Tifton and Tift County standards that apply to street right-of-way and utility easements to ensure that proposed development projects that include water mains, storm sewers and/or sanitary sewers will have proper utility separation as specified in Section 7.2.5 of the Minimum Standards for Public Water Systems; upon execution of this Order, the Respondent shall update the Service Delivery Strategy for Tift County to show that the Cove at Willow Creek Phase II development is within the approved Tifton- Tift County service area; Respondent shall, within 30 days of the issuance of a Plan Review letter for the Cove at Willow Creek Phase II water line extension, address any items noted by the Division and submit all required documentation to the Division to obtain a Plan Concurrence letter for this project
