W/in 10 days of receiving a draft permit and public notice from EPD for reissuance of the Permit, post the Notice in a conspicuous location in City Hall and send verification to EPD of the date the Notice was posted; upon effective date of this Order, Respondent is authorized to discharge treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination; authorization to discharge wastewater under the terms of this Order will be terminated if the Respondent does not comply with the requirements outlined in Conditions 1, 2, and 3 |
