W/in 30 days of the execution date of this Consent Order, submit for the Division's approval plans to ensure that hazardous waste at the facility is managed and properly in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Rules; w/in 30 days of the Division's approval of the plans described in Condition 2, submit documentation to the Division that the Facility is operating in compliance with said plans and documentation that all hazardous waste is being managed properly |
