Requirements of Order W/in 30 days of execution date of this Consent Order, submit for EPD review and concurrence, a Corrective Action Plan prepared by a licensed professional to assess and address the compliance problems with the Facilities; if the Respondent implements the approved CAP, then any expenditures made directly by the Respondent towards completing the CAP may be used to offset, in partial or full, the stipulated penalty; comply with all effluent limitations established by the Permit
