| Requirements of Order |
Respondent shall properly dispose of the hazardous waste identified during the Follow-up Inspection on October 24, 2018 by July 15, 2019 and submit documentation to the Division of proper waste disposal conducted in accordance with all applicable rules and laws by July 31, 2019; w/in 45 days of the execution date of this Consent Order, the Respondent shall submit for the Division's approval written plans to ensure that hazardous waste is managed properly in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Rules; w/in 90 days of the execution date of this Consent Order, the Respondent shall submit documentation to the Division that the Facility is operating in compliance with the plan described in Condition 2 above |
