W/in 15 days of execution of this order, prepare a letter for EPD review and approval to fully inform any prospective buyer(s) of any parcel(s) and/or land lot(s) at the Site of the buffer regulations per the E&S Act; no additions or structural changes that would result in encroachment into the buffer may be made to the existing structure owned by the Respondent at the Site, and no additional impervious surfaces or structures will be placed within the buffer that would result in encroachment into the buffer on any property owned by the Respondent at the Site; the Respondent shall fully comply with the Acts, Rules, and/or Permits on any remaining phases of this project and on any future projects involving land disturbing activity |
