W/in 10 days of receiving draft permit and public notice from EPD for reissuance of the Permit, post the notice in a conspicuous location at Pine Lakes Mobile Home Park and send verification to EPD of the date the notice was posted; upon effective date of this Order, the Respondent is authorized to discharge treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination, and that determination is final and effective; Respondent shall comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit |
