W/in 30 days of the effective date of this Order, submit a complete permit application to EPD; we/in 10 days of receiving a draft permit and public notice from EPD for the reissuance of the permit, the Respondent shall post the notice in a conspicuous location in City Hall and publish a notice in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the area of the applicant, and send verification to EPD of the date the Notice was posted and published; upon the effective date of this Order, the Respondent is authorized to land apply treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 18- days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination and that determination is final and effective; the Respondent shall comply with all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit |
