Requirements of Order |
Discharge shall be limited and monitored; if the results for a given sample are such that a parameter is not detected at or above the minimum quantitation level using the most sensitive test method specified in 40 CFR Part 136, a value of "Not Detected" will be reported for that sample and the detection limit will also be reported; samples and measures taken as required herein shall be representative of the volume and nature of the monitored waste stream; for each measurement of sample taken pursuant to the requirements of this Order, the Contractor shall record the following information: exact place, date and time of sampling and the person collecting the samples recorded on a chain-of-custody, dates and times the analyses were performed and the person who performed the analyses, the analytical procedures or methods used, the results of required analyses; monitoring results obtained by the contractor shall be summarized on a GROUNDWATER DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT and submitted to the Division; respondent shall comply with the water quality standards established in the Georgia Water Quality Control Rules; respondent shall allow representatives of the Division, upon the presentation of credentials: to enter the Site, to have access to and copy and records required to be kept under the terms and conditions of this Order, to sample the treated groundwater discharge stream; the product recovery well system must contain failsafe features; bypassing of the treatment system is prohibited; respondent shall not be held liable for noncompliance of this Order if such noncompliance is attributed to matters which are beyond Respondent's reasonable control |
