| Requirements of Order |
Upon the execution date of this Order, cease all receipt and burial of regulated solid waste at the Facility in violation of the Solid Waste Act and Solid Waste Rules; w/in 10 days of the execution date of this Order, the Respondent shall provide to the Division a comprehensive list of names and contact information for all haulers that transported regulated solid waste to the Facility; w/in 45 days of the execution of this Order, the Respondent shall submit to the Division a Corrective Action Plan designed by a certified professional engineer in the State of Georgia and that addresses all the violations occurring at the Facility; w/in 45 days from final CAP approval by the Division, the Respondent shall fully implement the CAP and return the Facility to compliance; w/in 30 days after the Division has approved the final CAP implementation, the Respondent shall record the survey and any applicable fill certifications on the property deed in the Catoosa County Clerk's Office |
