Requirements of Order	W/in 30 days, submit a CAP developed by a Georgia Registered Professional Engineer that lays out a plan to get an approved source of water supply w/in 90 days of Division review and written approval of the CAP or will cease the operation of an unapproved source and operation of an unpermitted water system by closing the Facility; if the CAP includes source approval of an on-site well, the Respondent shall submit to the Division, within 10 days of receiving source approval, an application for a Permit to Operate a Public Water System
