Cause of Order |
Failed to properly design and/or install and maintain BMPs, including storm drain outlet protection and sediment fences, which resulted in sediment entering Waters of the State at Barber Creek at two different outfalls; failed to identify all incidents of BMPs that had not been properly designed, installed, or maintained on weekly inspection reports |
Requirements of Order |
W/in 30 days of the execution date of this Order, provide a final corrective action plan for the 2 outfalls at Barber Creek located at Station 336+50 RT and Station 337+20 RT; upon execution of this Order, Respondent shall continue sampling after a qualifying storm event of at least 0.5 inches of rainfall until the final corrective action plan is implemented; w/in 60 days of the execution date of this Order, submit for the Division's review and approval, a supplemental project for Upper Oconee Watershed |
