W/in 10 days of receiving a draft permit and public notice from EPD fro the reissuance of the Permit, post the notice in a conspicuous location in City Hall and publish a notice in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the area of the applicant and send verification to EPD; upon the effective date of this Order, the Respondent is authorized to discharge treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination; comply with all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit |
