W/in 10 days of receiving draft permit and public notice (Notice) from EPD fro reissuance of the Permit, post the Notice in a conspicuous location at the Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park and send verification to EPD of the date the Notice was posted; upon effective date of this Order, the Respondent is authorized to discharge treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination, and that determination is final and effective; comply with all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit |
