Respondent operated the Facility without a permit to accept commercial wastes deliveries at the Facility from on or about March 2, 2017 through June 2, 2017 in violation of Water Quality Rules |
| Requirements of Order |
Immediately upon execution of this Order the Respondent shall not be accept or process commercial wastes at the Facility; w/in 90 days of the execution date of this Order, Respondent is directed to remove and properly dispose of all commercial wastes accumulated at the Facility, commercial wastes which must be removed from the Facility and properly disposed of include commercial wastes as defined by Water Quality Rule 391-3-6-.24(b), commercial waste residuals or processing by products including, but not limited to, waste stored in geotubes, processing vessels, and storage tanks |
