W/in 30 days of the execution date of this Consent Order, the Respondent shall provide written procedures that were implemented by the Respondent to prevent these violations from occurring again; w/in 60 days of the execution date of this Consent Order, the Respondent shall submit to the Division, documentation that the Facility is operating in compliance with the procedures described in condition 1 above |
