| Requirements of Order |
Comply with all effluent limitations and requirements established by the Permit; w/in 30 days of the execution date of this Order, submit for EPD review and approval, a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and an associated timeline that will be implemented for the Facility to assess and address the repeated unpermitted discharge of untreated wastewater, the CAP, when approved by the Division, will become a part of this Order and must be executed per the timeline for completion in the CAP |
