| Requirements of Order |
Beginning June 30, 2019, the Respondent must submit quarterly calendar year progress reports documenting any and all actions taken to secure a funding source to perform maintenance including replacement of the mats at the Facility; funding must be obtained within 12 months of the execution of this Order; after securing a funding source, submit quarterly calendar year progress reports documenting actions taken to perform maintenance including replacement of the mats at the Facility; construction must be complete within 24 months of execution of this order; upon the Division's review of the Respondent's submitted Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports, all parameters containing effluent limitation violations occurring before the resolution of this Order will be addressed through an Expedited Enforcement Compliance Order (EECO) |
