| Requirements of Order |
W/in 30 days of the effective date of this Order, the Respondent shall submit a complete permit application to EPD; within 10 days of receiving a draft permit and public notice from EPD for the reissuance of the Permit, the Respondent shall post the Notice in a conspicuous location in Hall County Courthouse and publish notice in one or more newspapers of general circulation and send verification to EPD of the date the Notice was published and posted; upon effective date of this Order, the Respondent is authorized to discharge treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit not to exceed the earlier of 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination and that determination is final and effective; comply with all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit. |
