Requirements of Order	W/in 30 days from the execution of this Administrative Order: conduct a test of the CP system and submit the results to the Division, create a rectifier log and submit the log with the initial rectifier reading to the Division, conduct tank and line tightness testing, initiate SIR monthly monitoring, and submit the tightness testing results to the Division; effective immediately, the UST Registration Certificate for the Respondent's UST facility is suspended and fuel delivery to the Respondent's UST facility is prohibited
