| Requirements of Order |
W/in 30 days of the effective date of this Order, the Respondent shall submit a complete permit application to EPD; w/in 10 days of receiving a draft permit and public notice (Notice) from EPD for the reissuance of the Permit, post the Notice in a conspicuous location near the LAS and issue a news release to one or more newspapers of general circulation in the are of the applicant and send verification to EPD of the date the Notice was posted; upon the effective date of this order, the Respondent is authorized to land apply treated wastewater under the conditions of the Permit for 180 days after the effective date of this Order or until such time that the Director makes a permit determination and that determination is final and effective; comply with all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Permit |
